A 31 year old man and his 26 year old brother, both of Mayville men were arrested for an aggravated battery that occurred outside a bar on April 11th. The victim, a 43 year old from Juneau suffered extensive injuries including a broken eye socket. The suspects beat the man just after bar closing then left him near the rear parking lot. He was found by a passerby almost an hour later. Both suspects are facing Battery charges.
