Police arrested an 18 year old female and a 15 year old male for stealing money and items from unlocked vehicles in the 1000 block of Dayton Street. Police received a call from someone who witnessed the two entering several vehicles in an apartment complex parking lot. Police located the two suspects hiding in their vehicle.
