Click It or Ticket Mobilization

May 20 - June 2, 2013

The Mayville Police Department will be joining agencies throughout the State for the annual Click It or Ticket safety belt enforcement mobilization from May 20 to June 2.

Our intent is not to issue more citations, but motivate drivers to buckle up each and every time they get into a vehicle.

In 2011, of the 336 drivers and passnegers killed in traffic crashes in Wisconsin, more than half were not buckled up. In 2012, there were over 100,000 convictions for failure to buckle up.
